Covivio (Paris) - Programming, Operator Sourcing & Membership

We supported Covivio in the programming of one of its buildings in Paris's 17th arrondissement - a fully renovated 12,000 m² office space designed by architect Sarah Poniatowski (Maison Lavoine).

Our mission covered two interconnected briefs. First, we sourced F&B and wellness operators to provide tenants with services aligned with the building's identity and positioning, identifying and engaging the most relevant players on the Parisian scene to create a coherent and attractive ecosystem within the building.

Second, we conducted research and outreach to build a membership offering for future tenants : exclusive, original experiences rooted in the 17th & 8th arrondissement. Among the partners explored : Cinéma Élysées Lincoln, Salle Pleyel, and the Cité de l'Économie - iconic local venues contributing to a distinctive member experience.

The ambition across both missions: transform the building into more than a workplace, a true destination for its occupants.
