Covivio (Berlin Project) - Programming, Operator Sourcing & Art curation

For the past several months, we have been supporting Covivio on a large-scale project: a 60,000 m² tower located in the heart of Alexanderplatz in Berlin, designed to host a wide range of uses - offices, coworking, dining, exhibitions, retail, and more.

The ambition is clear: to turn this building into a true destination for Berliners.

Our mission is structured around three areas:

Operator Programming - We source key players from the Berlin scene to operate the building’s various spaces : F&B, wellness, retail, tattoo, and more. The goal is to build an ecosystem of brands and operators aligned with the city’s identity and the expectations of its residents.

Artistic Curation - We identify and select local artists to bring a strong cultural dimension to the project and anchor the building within Berlin’s creative scene.

Marketing Strategy - We also contribute to the marketing side by developing partnerships with local media and implementing activation plans to build awareness ahead of the opening.
