We supported Covivio in the programming of one of its buildings in Paris’s 17th arrondissement, a fully renovated 12 000 m² office space designed by architect Sarah Poniatowski.

We sourced food and wellness operators to provide tenants with services aligned with the building’s overall identity and positioning.
